The 9 1/2 % North Carolina sales and occupancy tax applies.
Holiday weekends require a minimum 2 night reservation. A deposit
equal to one night has to be received by our office within 10 days
of making a reservation. Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation
is received 7 days prior to your arrival. No refunds can be extended
to early departures.

Each room has cable TV, telephone and individually controlled heat
or air. There is morning coffee in our office for your convenience.
Our location is far enough south so that spring comes early. We
are high enough so that the night temperatures during summer drop
to create very cool and relaxing evenings. That means not a lot
of bugs.
